# Can't access my photo gallery

## When I press to access my photo gallery, nothing happens.

Please check these points before opening a support ticket :

1. The Pixel Guru application has permission to access your photo gallery. Follow these instructions:  
   **IOS (Apple)** 
     1. Go to "**Settings**" ⚙️
     2. Scroll down to the "**Pixel Guru**" application

     3. Make sure that the "**Allow access to the gallery**" function is enabled.
2. My app is "**up to date**" on Playstore or App Store, meaning I have the latest version of the app.
3. My phone is "**up to date**", meaning I have the latest version of my phone's operational system.
4. My WiFi function properly.
