Can't access my photo gallery

When I press to access my photo gallery, nothing happens.

Please check these points before opening a support ticket :

1. The Pixel Guru application has permission to access your photo gallery. Follow these instructions:
   IOS (Apple)
   1. Go to "Settings" ⚙️
   2. Scroll down to the "Pixel Guru" application
      
   3. Make sure that the "Allow access to the gallery" function is enabled.
2. My app is "up to date" on Playstore or App Store, meaning I have the latest version of the app.
3. My phone is "up to date", meaning I have the latest version of my phone's operational system.
4. My WiFi function properly.
