My photos taken with Pixel Guru are not in my inventory management system.
Before contacting support, please make these checks:
- Is your stock number AND/OR VIN identical between Pixel Guru and your inventory management system (XMS, D2C, 1-Source, ...)?
IF THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR STOCK/VIN ON PIXEL GURU AND YOUR INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, HERE IS HOW TO PROCEED:
- GO TO WWW.PIXELGURU.COM
- At the end of the vehicle concerned, click on
- Click on "Change stock number" or "Change VIN code"
- Make the change and press "Confirm change"
- Click on "Push Online"
- The affected vehicle will be pushed back to your inventory management system.
IF the stock number / VIN is the same, check if the creation date in Pixel Guru is BEFORE or AFTER the creation date of the concerned vehicle in your inventory management system.
IF the creation date in Pixel Guru is BEFORE, here is what to do according to your inventory management system:
XMS (360 Agency) / PowerUp (Edealer) / InStock (PowerGo) / 1-Source (Trader) / D2C Media
Click on "Push Online"
