      My photos do not transfer

      When I try to transfer my photos via the Pixel Guru mobile app, they do not transfer.

      please check these points before opening a support ticket :

      1. My app is "up to date" on Playstore or App Store, meaning I have the latest version of the app.
      2. My phone is "up to date", meaning I have the latest version of my phone's operational system.
      3. My WiFi function properly.
      4. Delete the application and re-download it.
      5. Restart your cellphone.

      All of this is correct and it still doesn't work.
