# My photos do not transfer

## When I try to transfer my photos via the Pixel Guru mobile app, they do not transfer.

please check these points before opening a support ticket :

1. My app is "**up to date**" on Playstore or App Store, meaning I have the latest version of the app.
2. My phone is "**up to date**", meaning I have the latest version of my phone's operational system.
3. My WiFi function properly.
4. Restart your cellphone.

There is also a quick workaround, and here is how to do it:
