My photos do not transfer
When I try to transfer my photos via the Pixel Guru mobile app, they do not transfer.
please check these points before opening a support ticket :
- My app is "up to date" on Playstore or App Store, meaning I have the latest version of the app.
- My phone is "up to date", meaning I have the latest version of my phone's operational system.
- My WiFi function properly.
- Restart your cellphone.
