There is a photo format that is incompatible with applications or websites (HEIF, HEIC). Deactivate this option so that your photos are in JPG format and can be downloaded into the application.
For Android
Since settings may vary according to phone make and model, we can't show screenshots.
Please go to settings, select camera. You should see a setting for "Photo Format" or "Format and Advanced Options". Make sure that the HEIF function is deactivated.
Pour Iphone:
Allez dans vos ''Réglages''.
Puis dans ''Appareil Photo'' et ensuite ''Format''.
Sélectionnez ''Le Plus Compatible''.
